LEF Power provides electrical services including but not limited to:

  • Emergency electrical repairs
  • Scheduled maintenance services
  • Residential and commercial electrical work
  • Electrical system inspections
  • Installation and upgrade services

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Ensuring safe access to service locations
  • Making timely payments for services rendered
  • Following safety guidelines and instructions
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, and emergency situations.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided upfront and includes:

  • Labor costs
  • Materials and parts
  • Applicable taxes
  • Payment processing fees

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials used. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

LEF Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 but may incur additional charges. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and current service demand.

9. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Emergency services are subject to different cancellation terms.

10. Safety and Compliance

All services are performed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper permits are obtained where required.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
