Delete your account and data

This page describes how users of the LEF Power mobile app (published by LEF Signature Power) can request deletion of their account and associated personal data, as required for transparency on the Google Play Store.
How to request account deletion
- Open the LEF Power app on your device.
- Sign in with the account you want to delete.
- Go to your profile or account settings (exact labels may vary by app version).
- Choose Delete account (or equivalent) and confirm when prompted.
Deletion is processed through our secure API: your session is ended and your personal identifiers are removed or anonymized as described below.
Cannot use the app?
If you are unable to complete deletion in the app, email us at info@lefsignaturepower.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Account deletion request” and the phone number or email on your account so we can verify your identity before processing.
What we delete or anonymize
When your deletion request is completed, we typically:
- Remove or anonymize personal identifiers tied to your profile (such as name, email, phone number, and address).
- Clear linked sign-in data where applicable (for example, tokens used for notifications or third-party sign-in).
- Remove your profile photo from our storage when stored with us.
- Invalidate active login sessions (you will be signed out everywhere).
What we may retain
Some information may be retained in limited form where we have a legitimate need, for example:
- Legal, tax, and accounting obligations: records related to invoices, payments, or service history may be kept for the period required by applicable law (often several years), in a form that may not include all profile fields visible in the app after deletion.
- Operational and security: we may retain minimal technical or aggregated data that does not identify you as an active user.

Deleting part of your data without deleting your account
The primary self-service option in the app is full account deletion. For other requests (for example, correcting your profile or limiting certain processing), contact info@lefsignaturepower.com and we will respond in line with applicable privacy laws.
